How long will it take to make and ship my order?

Processing time depends on the item and whether it is personalized. We do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping transit time begins after your order has been completed and handed to the carrier.

How do I submit personalization details?

If your item includes personalization, please enter the requested name, initials, date, or message exactly as you would like it engraved or printed in the personalization field at checkout. Please review spelling, punctuation, and capitalization carefully, because personalized items are made using the information submitted with your order.

Can I make changes to my order after purchase?

If you need to update personalization or correct an order detail, please message us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help if production has not started yet, but once work begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but our cancellation window is limited because many orders are processed quickly. **Non-personalized orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Personalized orders may be canceled within 2 days of purchase.** After that point, the order may already be in production, prepared for shipment, or shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For **non-personalized items**, returns or exchanges may be approved if you contact us within **5 days of delivery**. Once approved, the item must be **mailed back within 1 week of approval** and returned **unused, complete, and in resellable condition**, including all original parts, packaging, and accessories.

Are personalized items returnable?

Because personalized items are made specifically for each order, **personalized items are final sale** unless we made a mistake, the item arrived damaged, or the wrong item was received. This also means we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors, changes of mind, or preference changes after production.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a personalization error?

Please message us within **5 days of delivery** and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If the issue was our error, we will review it, provide a **prepaid return label** when appropriate, and issue a refund or replacement after the item is returned and inspected. If the return or exchange is requested for a customer-initiated reason on an approved non-personalized item, the **customer is responsible for shipping costs**. Shipping charges to and from our shop are **not refunded** for customer-initiated returns.

Will my item look exactly like the listing photos?

Some of our products include **natural wood or other naturally varied materials**. Because of this, grain pattern, color tone, knots, and other character markings may vary from piece to piece. These natural differences are part of the item’s character and make each piece unique. When a product is made with natural materials, **variation in grain, tone, and markings is expected** and is **not considered a defect or a valid reason for return**. We photograph our products carefully so customers can see the overall look and style before purchasing.
