What should I do if my package is lost, damaged, or if I have an issue with my order?
If you have any issues with your order (misprinted/damaged/defective items), please message me within 30 days of the order date to file a claim. Claims should be submitted with clear photographs displaying the issues the recipient describes. Orders containing fault from our behalf will be covered at our expense. I’ll do my best to make it right!
What is your return/exchange policy?
As each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review the item details and photos before making a purchase.
My tracking shows my package as "delivered," but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Check around your property – Packages are sometimes left in less obvious spots (e.g., with a neighbor, behind a plant, or behind outdoor décor).
Verify the shipping address – Ensure the correct address was provided at checkout.
Contact your local post office or carrier – They may have more detailed delivery information.
Submit a carrier inquiry –
For USPS: File a Missing Mail Search Request or a Help Request Form.

Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) have similar investigation processes—check their websites for details.

What printing technique do you use on your T-shirts?
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, a high-quality digital printing method that applies vibrant, detailed designs directly onto the fabric. DTG allows for soft, long-lasting prints with excellent color accuracy, making it perfect for intricate artwork and full-color designs.

What do I do if I put in the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. No refunds will be issued for items delivered to an incorrect address if we have shipped to the address provided by the customer.
