We sincerely apologize for the frustration this experience has caused. The pot you ordered was a 10” diameter x 7” high. We made the decision to upgrade your order to a slightly larger (12” x 7”) pot at no additional cost. Because you ordered two pots our intention was to provide added value, but we recognize that we made that decision without your input. To resolve the matter, we agreed to a refund. Because the pot did not fit your space we assumed you would want to return it. To make the process as convenient as possible, we offered to provide a prepaid return label and arrange for UPS pickup, minimizing any effort on your part to return the item. We were of the belief that a refund was the resolution you desired. Aside: The current listing shows the smaller size 7”diameter x 6” high.

We're sorry that you were disappointed with your purchase. The item you received is the same planter shown in this listing. Because it features a reactive glaze, the finish can naturally appear lighter or darker depending on lighting, photography, viewing angle, and individual device screen settings. Our staged photos are intended to show the planter in a home setting, but slight variations in color and appearance are to be expected with reactive-glazed ceramics. This should have been a part of our listing notes. We can see why you would think the pot you received is different. As soon as you let us know you were dissatisfied, we issued a refund and agreed in lieu of shipping you would keep the planter. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure our listings accurately represent each item.
