While the engraving was fine, each mirror arrived with a smudged top lid (the engraved surface…the bottom surface had a protective plastic covering you could peel off). When attempting to wipe them with a soft, microfiber cloth I used on my sunglasses, it left behind microscratches and never did shine up. I was pretty disappointed in this item
