Very nice looking and well made

I do not recommend ordering this item. The quality was incredibly poor! The "patch" was so thick and bulky it was impossible to use for anything. The "patch" was not cut out nicely and had jagged edges that made it incredibly unsightly. The "patch" was not embroidered with thoughtful care in clipping the transition strings so the design looks like it's messed up and does not look like the picture advertised. I did express my disappointment to the seller and did get a refund but I had to ask for the return label to be sent after I was told one would be provided. Would not shop with this shop again.
