Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days for custom items (including logo customization).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via international delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

* Europe: 8–15 business days
* Other countries: 10–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and carrier delays.

We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date.
Custom Products

All items with customization (such as logos) are made to order specifically for each customer.

Production time is approximately 3–4 business days before shipping.

Because these items are personalized, they cannot be returned or resold once production has started.

Please make sure all customization details are correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, due to the nature of custom products, our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

If production has already started, a partial refund may apply depending on the stage of production and handling costs.

Refund eligibility

Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:

* The item has not been shipped after a reasonable processing time
* The item arrives damaged or defective
* The wrong item was sent due to our error

Non-refundable items

Custom-made products cannot be fully refunded once production has started, as they are made specifically for each customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
