We're sorry that your experience wasn't satisfactory. We tried to complete the delivery over several days, providing the necessary Steam Guard codes with each attempt. However, the codes must be used immediately, and there were long periods during which we received no response from the buyer. Finally, we decided to issue a full refund without the buyer requesting it, just to close this order, even though we had already covered the cost of the account and therefore absorbed the loss of that money. We always strive to help and resolve any issues in the best way possible.
