When creativity rhymes with ecology!

The designer behind La p'tite trousse is Stéphanie Racette.

During her childhood, Stéphanie's family, composts, cultivates an organic vegetable garden and does not have a car. Today mother of 3 children, Stephanie has a car (which she tries to use as little as possible), composts always, cultivates a large organic vegetable garden and dreams to make a difference in the world by watching her bees foraging and trying to create more eco-friendly packaging alternatives with La p'tite trousse.

In love with nature, passionate about creation, her business allows her to combine the two and contribute, one bag at a time, to preserve our beautiful planet.

Durable, colorful and easy-to-wash bags that put pep in your lunch box! We can not do without!

I am a craftswoman. All products are unique and dimensions may vary slightly from listing. The patterns of the fabrics can be positioned differently depending on the cut. In any case, I try to remain sensitive to the rendering to offer you quality products.

Cleaning instruction for bags with ProCare or Nylon lining

OR

-To hand-wash. (Wash the inner liner with some dish soap as needed.)

Although the fabrics are washed and dried before bags confection to avoid shrinkage, it is best to wash the inside of your bags before using them the first time.

Waterproofing / Food preservation

The impermeability of the bags stops at the seams! The bags are not waterproof.

Note that all reusable bags La p'tite trousse when used for food is primarily transport bags. They are not airtight and are therefore not suitable for long-term preservation of food.

When using them for the purchase of bulk foods, we suggest you transfer your food to glass containers once at home.

Exchange or refund

☞ Do not like your item? You see us sorry. 😔

No exchange or refund will be accepted if the items have been used and / or washed. A photo of the item in question is required to proceed to any type of exchange.

☞ Is your item defective? 😢

It should be noted that the bags are made with love and are designed to last according to normal use and careful maintenance.

In spite of that, it is about textile confection. If a loose seam or you notice a manufacturing defect within a reasonable time, please contact us to find a solution.

Maintenance tips

To prolong the life of your bags, we suggest you rinse them after use and dry them well with a dry cloth.

Like all textiles, they will stay beautiful longer if you put them less in the washing machine and avoid the dryer. 😎

❗️It is important to avoid excessive heat sources and the use of chlorine or bleach: the ProCare inside your bag will lose its properties and degrade.

What foods can I put in my bags?

Everything: fruits, vegetables, cheeses, crackers, cookies, cereals, chocolates, etc.

We simply avoid foods that are too "wet" or too fragile, such as watermelon and raspberries. 😉
It should be remembered that the bags are not waterproof because of the seams, so what is likely to leak (like watermelon), is to be avoided.

And, of course, it is not advisable to put raw meat in it.
