We are an ONLINE wholesale store and we have many other beads that are not listed. So, please contact me if you need a bead and don't see it in my shop.

If you want to order in bulk, I also offer bulk discounts!

Please note that some beads may not be perfectly shaped, painted, faceted, sized, finished, scratch free, or dyed. There might be some small discrepancies from bead to bead as most of them are either hand made, hand cut or hand coated. Therefore, please allow for small flaws, if any. I will try my best to inspect each item before shipping.

Also, color may vary slightly from your computer screen to what you see in real life and this is due to each individual computer monitor resolutions and setting.

Please note that all chains cannot be exchanged or refunded once it's opened, or out of its original packaging. Please look at colors and design on the photos carefully. Chains cannot be returned. No refunds will be accepted. If you need clarifications on colors or other questions, please convo me prior to ordering. Thanks!

For multiple item orders, shipping costs overage might be eligible for a refund.

All orders with shipping fees less than $6 will be shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking information. Usually that would take 3-7 business days. All orders with shipping fees above $8 will be shipped via USPS priority mail, and that usually takes 2-3 business days. If you have multiple items in your order, i will combine shipping and if it all fits in a flat rate shipping package from USPS, I will only charge $10-12 and will refund the rest to you. Also, some larger orders will be shipped by Fedex and estimated shipping costs will depend on weight and I will email you the final cost. I am not responsible for lost packages once tracking is recorded. Please file claims with USPS for any lost packages. Thank you
