Well I want to start by saying Amazing customer service! Last month usps misplaced my order and I reached out to jerri hoping that my tracking information was incorrect since it said delivered and I never received it! On multiple occassions jerri offered to resend the item free of charge but I kindly declined since usps was solely responsible. Well I just got back home from visiting family and in the mail I find a new elf mask that jerri sent me. So kind! For that I will be purchasing again. Thank you!

Well I thought the dolls came with the masks, so had to order them else where. The masks are cute and well made and delivered in a reasonable time.
