5 out of 5 starsThis CBT worksheet is great, it’s really easy to read and understand. I quite appreciate the clear instructions & layout as I’ve used other sheets before that aren’t as user friendly. The worksheet makes breaking down my thoughts a lot easier, I’d really recommend this to anyone. You can tell this has been made by accredited therapist as a lot of thought has been put into it. Thanks, I will be returning! 🪴
