Your privacy matters to us. Memory That Lasts uses the personal information Etsy provides only to fulfill your order, support you, operate our shop, and meet our legal obligations.

This policy applies to information Memory That Lasts receives or processes in connection with purchases, messages, and other interactions through our Etsy shop. Etsy, Printify, shipping carriers, and other service providers maintain their own privacy policies for information they control.

INFORMATION WE RECEIVE

When you place an order or contact us through Etsy, Etsy may provide us with information needed to serve you, including:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your shipping address
• Your order and product details
• Personalization details, images, or other content you choose to provide
• Messages and other communications you send us
• Your telephone number, when provided for delivery or customer support

Etsy processes your payment. Memory That Lasts does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Create, personalize when applicable, fulfill, and deliver your order
• Communicate with you about your purchase
• Provide customer service and resolve order concerns
• Process approved cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, or other resolutions

• Comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use
• Prevent fraud, protect account security, and protect our customers and business
• Meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations

We limit the information we collect and use to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We do not add Etsy buyers to an email or text-message marketing list or use information received through Etsy to send promotional messages unless the buyer separately provides clear consent. Consent to optional marketing may be withdrawn at any time.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share personal information only for limited purposes and only when reasonably necessary:

• Etsy: We share information with Etsy as needed to complete Etsy transactions, provide customer service, resolve order concerns, and comply with Etsy’s policies.

• Production and fulfillment providers: We provide Printify and the production provider assigned to fulfill your order with the information needed to make, personalize when applicable, pack, and ship your purchase.

• Shipping carriers: We provide carriers with the information needed to deliver your order and provide tracking.

• Authorized team members and service providers: People or companies assisting with customer support, store operations, accounting, or technical services may access information only when needed to perform those services.

• Legal and safety purposes: We may use, retain, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a lawful request, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, or protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, our business, or others.

We provide these parties only with the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the personal information under our control. Access is limited to authorized people and service providers who need the information to fulfill orders, provide support, or operate the business.

No online service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the information we handle.

INFORMATION FROM CANADIAN BUYERS

Memory That Lasts is based in the United States. If you are located in Canada, the information needed to process and fulfill your Etsy order will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Information processed in the United States is subject to U.S. law and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other government authorities when legally required. Our service providers may also process information in other locations as described in their respective privacy policies.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask whether we hold personal information about you
• Request access to certain personal information we hold
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of certain information
• Withdraw consent for optional uses of your information
