📦 How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped by our printing partners, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes a tracking number. Simply follow the link in the email to track your order.
⏳ When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times on Etsy are estimates and are based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Please note that due to carrier fluctuations, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning accordingly.
🔄 What's your return policy?
At present, we do not offer returns or exchanges as our products are made to order. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details and size charts to ensure your order aligns with your preferences and specifications.
❌ I received a damaged or wrong item, what should I do?
Our printing partners conduct thorough quality checks at multiple stages of the production process to ensure that you receive a top quality product. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, we are committed to resolving the matter promptly. To assist us in addressing any issues, we kindly ask you to contact us within one week of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged or wrong item, the order number, and any other relevant details about your order. Upon receiving this information, we will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
