I really have no words to describe how great this seller is! My partner ordered me this necklace as a gift a few years ago and since then I have worn it daily. About a month or so ago, the barrel piece got caught on something at work and I lost it, had my entire office looking for weeks! I took a chance on messaging the seller, fully prepared to pay full price for a barrel replacement, but the seller SO kindly offered to send me an entire replacement for the necklace for just shipping costs! I am over the moon and so thankful. 💗

I have ADHD, and I ordered this pen as part of a system to help me keep up with notes. The pen is a beautiful brass color, and is perfect for DA/steampunk looks. The specific pen I received was unthreading as I wore it, and the top of the pen fell off a couple times on its own. I put some Lock-tite on the threads, and haven’t had an issue with it coming apart today. It writes well and has a nice weight! I am not sure how to take the pen cartridge out to refill it, but the bolt can be unscrewed so that may be what is holding the spring and ink in. The chain is the perfect length—I can write comfortably with the pen without needing to take it off. Overall, this is quite a unique and well-made item!

This citrine bracelet is absolutely stunning. The citrine crystals are huge. I was pleasantly surprised and it fit my big wrist perfectly. Bailey was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be buying more from her.

Adorable pen necklace! Well made and shipped quickly

The pen is gorgeous and my new favorite necklace. I will say that the mechanism that allows you to open and close the pen came unscrewed rather easily, so I glued it in there so it wouldn’t unscrew itself with use.
