PaperworkLighter

PaperworkLighter makes downloadable spreadsheets and PDFs for the admin side of running a small business. Each one takes a calculation that usually happens on a notepad, in your head, or not at all, and does it properly: what an hour of work actually costs, what a job should be priced at, what a year of fixed costs adds up to.

They are for people who run the business and also do its paperwork. No finance background is assumed and no training is needed. If you can type a number into a box, you can use these files, and the sheet explains what each number is for as you go.

Every purchase is an instant download, yours to keep. The spreadsheets are standard workbooks that open in Excel or Google Sheets, built from ordinary formulas, with no macros, no add-ons and no plugins. The PDFs are print-ready. Nothing connects to your bank or your accounting, nothing needs to stay online after you download it, and there is no subscription to renew.
