Ordered item on 10/22 with delivery requested for 11/8. Contacted seller 11/8 & was told item would be shipped via overnight delivery on 11/9. Received 11/12 - too late for event and colors not as requested. To date (10 days after receiving) still no refund or return label despite Etsy claiming issue resolved!

Tried to cancel the very next day. And I was never reimbursed or saw the item

Ordered this item and the very next day canceled within 12 hours. And was only reimbursed from one of the items. Not both.
