Gift wrapping and packaging
Each order is carefully packed and gift-ready. Jewellery is sent in protective packaging, and where possible I include a gift bag or box so it feels special when it arrives. If you are sending directly to someone else, please leave a note at checkout and I will avoid including any pricing information.
Care instructions
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid water, perfume, lotions and cleaning products. Store pieces separately in a dry place when not being worn, and gently wipe metal and gemstones with a soft dry cloth after use.
Sizing details
Dimensions and chain lengths are included in each listing where available. Some rings and bracelets are adjustable, but please check the item description carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about fit, message me before purchase and I will help where I can.
Custom and personalised orders
I may be able to help with small adjustments, such as gift notes or simple length requests, depending on the design. Please message me before ordering so I can confirm what is possible for the specific piece.
