I needed this for an event with a quick turn around time and he promised he could create this and get it here on time. He even sent photos of the creation process of the costume. The costume arrived in time for the event and we were so happy. Highly recommend!!

Seller communicated with me to make sure the measurements were accurate and that I'd be comfortable with this pair, as well as sharing progress pictures and videos. It even came with a wallet, which I wasn't expecting. Overall a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend this to anyone remotely interested in these.

星 5 個のうち 1 個This seller gives false tracking codes for their SUPPLIES not for your order. You will 100% not get your order on time, they have none of the material on hand, and they will argue about refunding you unless you're firm on Etsys policies regarding honesty and advertising. There is a reason their products go so significantly on sale. I wasted time waiting on my purchase instead of them being honest they couldn't do this project and didn't have the costume at all for the con because by the time they admitted their flaws I couldn't get any other quality work done elsewhere in that time. Highly unreliable

📏 How do I send my measurements?
After placing your order, we'll message you directly with a simple measurement guide. For most garments you'll need: chest, waist, hips, inseam, outseam, thigh, knee, and ankle. We walk you through every step — no guesswork needed. The more accurate your measurements, the better your fit. 📐
📸 Do you send progress photos during production?
Yes — always! Once your order enters production, we send you photos and short videos at key stages so you can see your costume coming to life before it ships. If anything needs adjusting, we catch it early. This is our standard process on every order, not just special requests. 🎬
⏱️ How long does production take before shipping?
All items are handcrafted to order. Standard production time is 7–12 business days. After shipping, US delivery typically takes 3–10 days. International orders (UK, EU, Australia) may take 7–12 days after shipping. If you have an event or convention deadline, message us before ordering — we'll be upfront about whether we can meet it. 🗓️
🚀 Can I get a rush order for an upcoming event?
In many cases, yes! Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on our current production schedule. Message us with your event date as early as possible and we'll do our best to prioritise your build. We'd rather know early than let you down last minute. 📅

🧵 What's the difference between faux leather and genuine leather in your shop?
Great question! Here's a quick breakdown:
🟤 Genuine Cowhide / Sheepskin — Real animal leather. Durable, ages beautifully, premium feel. Higher price point.
⚫ Faux / Synthetic Leather — High-quality PU material. Lighter, easier to care for, more affordable. Still looks stunning.

↩️ What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every item is handmade to your specific measurements, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by our team, we will remake or repair the item free of charge. Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery and contact us with photos if there's an issue. 📷
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, materials have already been cut and the build has started, so cancellation is no longer possible. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 20% processing fee applies to cover Etsy and payment fees. Please double-check measurements and details before ordering! ✅
