Care instructions
Our tools are 100% handmade.
They can last you a very long time if properly cared for.
Please provide minimal care, namely:
-After working with the tool, always wipe it dry with a soft, dry cloth.
-Store your Tools in a sheath (if applicable) in a dry place.
-Please use your tools only for their intended purpose.
For example, a carving ax is not suitable for chopping wood or throwing.
If you are unsure whether a particular tool is suitable for your application, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you 🙂.
Damage & Lost Parcel
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery. And in case of DAMAGE during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)
Order Preparation
Our products are 100% handmade. We start creating most tools only after ordering and ask for about 7-14 business days for creation.
I can't track my package?/Last update was week or more ago...?
Don't worry! When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet.
