What is your policy on returning digital items?
Unfortunately, once digital downloads have been fully purchased I am unable to exchange or process a return.
However, if you have a change of heart after having purchased a pre-made logo and I have not yet sent the files to your e-mail I am able to fully process a return! :)
Custom and personalised orders
All professionally edited files are processed in 1-2 business days. If you are editing the files yourself you will receive your digital file in the e-mail associated with your Etsy account.

The answer is no.
All of my logos are re-sold after they have been purchased. You may not trademark or sell any of the assets bought from this store as your own, unless I have personally created a brand identity or logo from scratch made with magic, to you!

As the sole creator of the listing in this shop, I have the right to market and display custom made items on my social media.
But that doesn't mean you can't market your brand made with the items you have purchased in your shop too.
