Custom and personalized orders
We’re happy to offer personalization on many of our items—just look for the customization option in the product listing. If a particular product doesn’t show this option, you can still request a custom order directly through our shop or by sending us a message. We're always glad to accommodate special requests whenever possible!
Gift Wrapping & Wholesale Orders
• Want to send a gift? Gift wrapping is available—just select the option during checkout.
• Interested in buying in bulk? Wholesale pricing may be available based on the quantity ordered. Contact us to discuss your needs!
Payment Methods
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
If you'd like to pay with a credit card, simply select “Other” during checkout. Within 24 hours, we’ll send you a secure payment link via Payoneer.
Alternative Payment Option
Don’t have a PayPal account or prefer not to use it? No problem! Select “Other” at checkout. This won't charge you immediately—it will submit an unpaid order, and we’ll follow up with a Payoneer payment link. While PayPal is usually the fastest option, Payoneer works just as smoothly.
Cancellations & Returns
• Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.
• If the item has already entered production, a 50% refund will be issued to cover material and labor costs.
• Returns/Exchanges: We only accept returns or exchanges in cases where:
-The wrong item was sent
-The item arrived damaged
-The color is incorrect
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll upload the tracking number to Etsy, and you’ll receive an email with the details. You can track your package using any international postal tracking service.
