星 5 個のうち 5 個I just received my rug, and it is the same as it is in pictures. The only thing I would say is a little different is the green is a little lighter olive color. But it seems to be made well, as a quick vacuum and rolled out with no grays or pulling. I also want to give 5 stars for their communication. There were issues with the delivery being delayed by customs. And they responded daily with updates even being hours ahead. True customer service!

星 5 個のうち 5 個I wasn’t sure what the quality would be like based on the images but it’s very thick and high quality! I was pleasantly surprised. However, the stripes are vertical on the rug received but horizontal in the shop pictures. It seems that the images in the post are not of the actual rug. I do like the one I received better though.

Please note: Custom-made rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made to order.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we specialize in wholesale and bulk orders at competitive prices. With a large team of skilled artisans, we ensure timely production and consistent quality.
Who makes your rugs?
Our rugs are handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. We work closely with experienced weavers and production partners to deliver high-quality pieces.
How do I care for my handmade rug?
• Vacuum regularly (avoid beater brush)
• Blot spills immediately
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight
• Rotate occasionally
• Professional cleaning every 4–5 years
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
What is the production and delivery time?
Each rug is made to order. Production usually takes 10–12 days, followed by shipping which takes approximately 5–7 business days depending on your location.
