Track & Train Studio is ontstaan op de mat. Als ervaren beoefenaar en instructeur van vechtsporten heb ik oorspronkelijk digitale volgsystemen ontwikkeld om een veelvoorkomend probleem op te lossen: atleten en beoefenaars helpen bij het analyseren van sparringsessies, het onthouden van belangrijke details en het opbouwen van blijvende discipline, zonder de chaos van papieren notitieboekjes.

Echte vooruitgang gaat echter niet alleen over wat je bijhoudt, maar ook over de omgeving die je om je heen creëert. Denkpatroon, filosofie en fysieke ruimte gaan hand in hand.

Dat besef bracht ons ertoe onze activiteiten uit te breiden naar hoogwaardige beeldende kunst.

We creëren nu gedurfde postercollecties van museumkwaliteit, geïnspireerd door oude krijgstradities, stoïcijnse wijsheid, hemelse mythologie en moderne biofiele architectuur. Track & Train Studio was born on the mats. As a long-time martial arts practitioner and instructor, I originally created digital tracking systems to solve a common problem: helping athletes and practitioners deconstruct sparring, retain key details, and build lasting discipline without chaotic paper notebooks.

However, true progress isn't just about what you track—it's about the environment you build around yourself. Mindset, philosophy, and physical space go hand in hand.

That realization led us to expand into high-end visual art.
