Welcome to A Balanced Life. Please excuse the low selection of products. I am slowly shutting down my shop and am running through my inventory. I enjoy creating sewn handiworks that support people and their health as they navigate through life. Meditation cushions had been my main focus, but now my natural heat packs are my primary offering. They are great for more than just aches and pains. They can warm a cold bed, plus the weight and warmth of the heat pack can assist with stress relief.
