About jennarosehandmade
Handcrafted textiles
The Jenna Rose textile studio was founded by designer Jenna Fenwick in 2006. Located in the countryside of North Frontenac in Eastern Ontario, she creates her hand printed and naturally dyed textiles using her surroundings and daily life as inspiration. Jenna draws each illustration and pattern by hand and screen prints the textiles in small runs using water based pigments on natural materials.
Jenna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from NSCAD University where her focus was screen printing and drawing. This collection is a reflection of her love for these processes and her passion for creating handmade textiles.
The studio is located on her farm on the second floor of a building that is also the cheese making facility and shop of Back Forty Artisan Cheese, the business she runs with her husband and cheese maker, Jeff. The Cheese Shop and her studio are open to public every Saturday from July through September, from 10am-4pm, located at 1406 Gulley Road, Mississippi Station, Ontario. You are also welcome visit the studio other days by appointment. Please email contact [!at] jennarose.ca to book an appointment.
