He started blacksmithing at a young age in the family shop and pursued violinmaking studies at the École des Métiers d'Arts de Québec-Lutherie, obtaining a diploma in 2004. Today he uses metalworking and woodworking techniques to design and manufacture functional, durable and original objects.
