Scarves Bundle 2020 Father's Day CAL: Locked Filet Mesh (Interlocking) and Mosaic Crochet Patterns and Charts
Digital file type(s): 4 PDF
These scarves were originally created as panels in my 2020 Father's Day CAL throw blanket.
You will get three eBooks. Each eBook has all six patterns included in the Crochet-A-Long plus the bonus border scarf. One file is for the interlocking technique starting with the long bottom end of the scarf and another file is for starting with the short side of the scarf (charts are also included). A Third file has all the patterns written up for overlay mosaic crochet (and includes X-marked charts). There is also a 4th file with instructions on joining the scarves to create a blanket.
Each scarf pattern includes written line-by-line instructions and a chart.
The scarves included in this bundle are:
And the bonus Tire Tread Border (narrower and longer with different tread than the other Tire Tread scarf).
The Locked Filet Mesh (LFM) interlocking crochet method uses only chain spaces and double crochets to create a mesh; two colors are worked alternately which creates the pattern.
Mosaic crochet is single crochet and double crochet stitches. The double crochet stitches cover some of the other color's single crochet stitches to create the design. My patterns instruct you to cut your yarn at the end of each row. The back is striped but often gives a faint impression of the pattern on the front (sort of like illusion knitting).
I have YouTube tutorials available for both crochet methods! Follow this link to get to my YouTube channel and find my other social links: https://linktr.ee/LFMandMosaic
