I am quiet confident that you won’t be dissapointed and that the reading resonates well in most cases. I also suggest to keep it save for later referral as sometimes it takes time to settle in to realize how it relates, often what I see like the symbols, may unfold as you go along in life and so make much more sense later on. I appreciate hearing from my clients about their readings and items purchased from me, let me know how I can assist with any concerns, I will come forward to meet your expectations and if something was not resonating at all I am happy to offer you a discount. My readings take me often 2-3 hours each to complete, please take that into consideration.

I have tried to specify this in the shipping time. Generally I try to get a lengthier reading done within 5 days from order date, if there are delays, I will let you know as soon as I can that it may take longer.
Short readings can take 1-3 days, but I prefer to do this on the same day it's ordered, as it's supposed to be a quick reading for that day and clients usually like a same day response for those.
The mediumship and channeling, realistically can take a week as I need a solid hour to sit down and do it, after it takes another hour or two to write it up. This is why it may take a bit longer than 5 days in some cases, but again, I will let you know of delays.

You can cancel and request a refund as long as I haven't done the reading already and sent it to you.
If you didn't cancel but I issued a refund, check the order and your convo for a message as I will let you know what happened.
It could be that I am on vacation, or that I am ill and cannot attend to my orders.
It may also happen that I might get an insight about someone, that I should not proceed with a reading. I would do anyone's reading as long as I don't get a strong vibe that I shouldn't do it. If I am sensing I shouldn’t do your reading at this time, I will let you know in convo and cancel the order.
In this case, you are welcome to try again at a later time.

For readings I generally use PDF.
For shorter readings like the one card, I use convo to send it to you or you can request it by email.(only by request)

I gladly do a customized readings. Let me know by convo what you have in mind and I will see what I can do.
I personally don't like to intrude on third parties, I find it unethical, unless it’s a passed loved one of course or a missing person. With that said, I let things come to me, I don’t go look for it if it’s not coming up to be read automatically. If something is not coming into my awareness I assume it is not meant to be read for you at this time and I will leave it alone and refund your money if you choose.
