Create your own unique stainless steel charms to suit your gift giving needs! You can engrave the back of a charm you want to purchase from my shop, or come up with something new! These charms will be laser engraved with your own personal phrases, date, or numbers on stainless steel charms so they will not tarnish or fade over time... Laser engraving enables us to use an almost endless amount of fonts.

Custom items do take a little extra time to create so please keep in mind that this delays the order by at least a couple of weeks usually (sometimes longer in peak seasons). If you are in a rush please contact me and let me know when you need it by, and what country you live in BEFORE ordering.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

For any custom charms it has to be designed by a graphic designer so there is a one time $15 US design fee (per design) included in this listing. This is over and above the price of the item itself which is $3 - $4 per charm (see drop down options in the listing for choices and prices). Once the purchase has been made we will discuss font and I will send you a mock up proof for you to approve in a few days time - one revision included.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ORDER

1. Make your selections from the drop down boxes (message me with questions:)

2. Fill out the Customization box with the exact text you'd like engraved. Please describe the font style you'd like or if you have a specific font in mind that's fine too. You will receive a proof with one revision included.

3. Click "Add to Cart"

BACKSIDE ENGRAVING:
If you are purchasing another charm in my shop and you'd like to get something put on the back of it, please select this option. With this option you are only purchasing the design fee and not the charm again:)

CUSTOM DESIGN FEE OPTION:
Please select this if you are purchasing a stainless steel charm in another listing but want customized wording on it instead of what is in the listing. ie... instead of the "Awesome Dad" you wanted " We Love You Poppa"

ORDERING MORE THAN ONE OF THE SAME DESIGN:
If you are ordering more than one charm all with the same design then the first one will have to be at full price (add to your cart separately) and all the rest will be at the "REPEAT ORDER" price. With this option you are only purchasing the charm itself and not the design fee which you already paid for as it's a one time fee.

REPEAT ORDERS
If you have had the exact same design engraved before then the design fee doesn't apply and you can select the "REORDER" option.


MORE COMPLEX DESIGNS:

If you would like something even more complex, like a logo, image, or something else, please contact me as the graphic designer that works with us is great at visualizing what you have in mind with a few key descriptive words :)

The charms are made from high-quality stainless steel hand polished on both sides. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and won't tarnish. The lettering will not fade, as we don’t use any paints or chemicals in our lasering process.
