I typically can print your item within 48 hours of purchase. The items on my store range anywhere from 2 hours to 12 hours to print, depending on the size. Therefore, the processing time depends on the item you purchase. I typically try to go to the post office to ship 2-3 times per week.

I will refund you the difference if you overpay on the shipping.

If I haven't started printing the item yet, yes. If I have, then I will deduct the material cost that has already been printed, as well as $2/hour the printer has been running on that item from the refund amount.

Yes! Please contact me prior to ordering if you want something non-standard. Generally if I am designing something new, I will charge an extra $15/hour that it takes me to complete the project. For custom lettering on the stands, I charge an extra $5.
