We print all of our aquarium accessories and mods with PETG. PETG is food safe and aquarium safe, it is completely inert when submerged even for prolonged periods.

All of the parts we carry are printed to order. The usual processing time is between 3-5 business days (business days excludes Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays). When your part is ready, it will be shipped immediately!

Custom design requests are on hold indefinitely until all scheduled design work has been completed. There is no timeline on when this option will resume, but when it does, our team will make an announcement! Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Yes, we are happy to design and develop new custom parts. Please send us a message to discuss! As designing new parts requires extensive testing, the average timeline is between 2 weeks to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the mod. Design fees will be applicable to certain requests and will be discussed during the planning stage.

You can simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, Etsy's shipping calculator will combine multiple items for a combined shipping charge.

Returns/Refunds: We unfortunately do not offer returns/refunds, however, if there are any challenges with your order and products, please contact us so we can provide assistance.

Cancellations: Please message us as soon as possible if there are any issues with the order placed, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges: The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways (old item coming back and new item going out). The old item coming back to us must be in resalable conditions, we reserved the rights to refuse exchanges for any reasons.

All tracking information are provided by the shipping courier, we have no information on what may or may not have happened. Please reach out to your local post office or courier services to obtain further details. Aquameta has no control over any potential mishaps during the shipping process.

If you have provided an incorrect address when you placed your order, Aquameta is not responsible for any undeliverable packages and no refunds will be provided.

We design all of our 3D printed products in-house, which means everything we sell in our shop are our very own models. The design files are not available as an open-source as original designs are extremely valuable assets in any field of business in today's evolving market.
