————————PRINTING + SHIPPING————————
-> All mugs are printed to order in Arizona. We are currently taking 3-5 business days to print and ship all orders. (This doesn't include the day ordered, or weekends/public holidays) Shipping is then approx 3-5 business days but delays are expected during the busy holiday season.

-> Designs are printed directly onto the mug so the print will never scrape off or fade away! It is a flat and totally permanent sublimation print (we don’t use vinyl or stickers!)

-> All mugs are packaged as gifts by default, with individual white gift boxes for every mug, wrapped in biodegradable cello, and a hand tied bow.

-> Add a gift note at checkout and send our mugs directly to the recipient! No prices will be printed on the packing slip, so they are ready to gift

We will create the designs at our discretion and will not send a proof unless there is any confusion with the requests, but we are sure you will love it!
If you would like to see a proof please leave a note at checkout, and we will happily send one through, but please note this may delay your order.

Also *please* double check your spelling and dates are correct. Once it's printed, its 100% permanent.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to change the shipping address after your order is placed please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate you but once your order has been printed and sent out no changes can be made.

We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or delivered to incorrect address given by the buyer.

If items are undelivered and returned to us we will reship them out for a reshipment fee to the correct address.

Because all of our items are custom printed, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for any order.

Also, once the mugs are printed, its 100% permanent. We cannot accept any returns if printed dates or personalisation change due to unforeseen circumstances, as there is no way to remove the print or print over it.

We do our very best to get orders printed and shipped within our estimates. But we are not responsible for orders that arrive late due to shipping delays. Etsy's estimated delivery date, is just that, an estimate and not a guarantee.

Shipping times are also out of our control and we are not responsible for packages that take longer than the estimated time frame. Please keep this in mind over busy holiday periods.

Our current processing time to print and ship your mug is 5-7 business days.
This doesn't include the day ordered, or weekends/public holidays.

Shipping is then usually 2-4 business days for regular mail, or 1-4 business days for priority mail.
