I bought this for my sister for her first Mother's Day gift and it came in a cute little gift box and included a card with my gift message inside. The customer service from Ken was also fantastic! I asked for a mock up of the necklace before it was created to make sure I liked the design, and I received it a few days after placing my order. I also experienced a delay in shipping due to the rush around Mother's Day and reached out to Ken because the tracking had not been updated by USPS. As soon as it was updated he reached back out to me with the information which I greatly appreciated! I will definitely be purchasing another necklace for myself of my son's name! Thank you for the beautiful and unique gift!

This necklace is just perfect! It lays so pretty on your neckline and sparkles as you move. It is beyond my expectations! I got the 18” and it fit my daughter in law exactly right. I put her name and my grandson’s name on it. She was overwhelmed! She has received so many compliments! Thank you so much!

I absolutely LOVE this necklace! It arrived in a nice box and I couldn't wait to see what the design ended up being. I was not disappointed. Very nice quality and the price was reasonable. I appreciated the "guide" to recognize the letters since they can be cleverly stacked. I will consider ordering again for friends/family. I rarely order for myself, but am SO glad I did!!

Beautiful creations. I bought a name necklace for myself & one for a friend. I absolutely love it & customer service was great! The only thing I would recommend & this is no reflections on the beautiful craftsmanship of the necklace, is that the presentation of the box it comes in, to be of better quality & more presentable. This might not matter to some, but presentation of your product is important. I felt the box it came in was a bit cheap looking. One of the necklaces I bought is for a gift, so I’ll be repackaging it.
