5 out of 5 starsThe shipping was EXTREMELY fast; so fast in fact, I was surprised when it arrived! I thought the seller was going to contact me with the mock-up of what the name symbol would look like and I kinda wish they had. I could’ve given feedback, such as the B is prominent and part of the charm of this necklace was finding the letters in the symbol and all the letters meshing together… it’s growing on me, but it wasn’t the design I would’ve signed off on…

I was a little apprehensive about ordering something sight unseen. I reached out and Ken was happy to send a mock up of the necklace before making it. I liked it but was still a little unsure. I ordered it anyway and was so glad I did. It is gorgeous in person and I get compliments on it all the time!
