CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• DO NOT iron directly on Heat Transfer Graphic. Iron on low heat with shirt inside-out
Never iron directly over design

• Machine wash COLD with mild detergent
• Turn inside out when washing
• Dry on low setting or hang to dry
• No chlorine bleach
• Wait 24 hours before first wash

I ordered this sweatshirt for my daughter's birthday. She lost her pup 7 months ago. Her pup's name was Joy. I sent 3 different pictures in the email with the inscription "My Joy". One was a body shot with a serious face, the other two Joy is smiling. To my surprise I received an email saying the product was on its way. I quickly emailed the company to question why wasn't I sent a preview of the product. I always get a preview of anything I have personalized. Their response was that they don't have time to send a preview but to trust that they picked a beautiful picture. When I received the sweatshirt, they picked the picture where Joy is not smiling. The picture doesn't even reflect her name. The picture looks like a raccoon with glasses on. Horrible! $50 in the garbage. I will not be giving my daughter this to wear!
