• First proof will be sent within 48 hours of your purchase and printed poster shipped within 7 Business days AFTER Proof is approved. Express shipping can also be purchased for an additional charge which is 3-4 business days shipping time.

++++++ HOW TO ORDER +++++

1. Select your poster size from the dropdown menu.

2. In the personalization box let us know the Names you want to appear and If you would like one of our other fonts enter this as well. If you want the font pictured, you dont need to mention anything about the font. Please include the event date if you want that included.

3. Email us or etsy message us your photo at lovethis [!at] ispiratoprintables.com. Please ensure the photo is the exact one you want the digital watercolor effect applied to.

4. Click “Add to basket” or “ Buy it Now”. Checkout and pay.

5. You will receive a digital proof within 48 hours to review. Please watch for this in your email and etsy messages and review as soon as you can - the faster you review, the faster we can get your beautiful poster to you!

6. If there are any final changes we will adjust the digital proof and send back for a final review within 24 hours.

7. Once you provide a final approval your file will start printing right away and arrive at your door within 7 business days.

++++++ CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN THIS ITEM? ++++++

Cancellation and full refund is available if NO customization work has begun.

1. If customization of the file has started you will be required to pay $30 CDN for the Designers time to customize your file, and the remaining balance will be refunded minus the $30CDN if the file has not been printed at time of cancellation.

2. If design customization has been completed and the files have begun printing, there will be NO refunds as this is a custom artwork piece.

3. If you receive the printed poster and it is damaged in any way or you do not receive the poster, let us know asap so we can fix it for you.
