Mugs are made through a cycle called dye sublimation. A transfer paper is printed with ink that will deliver from the paper under the perfect measure of heat and pressure. Mug artwork is inkjet printed, using special dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. After printing, the transfer paper is wrapped around the mug. The image on the transfer paper is mirrored. Heat and pressure is applied to transfer the image. Printed dye is mixed with the coating. The image then becomes part of the mug.

The issue when mugs arrive broken is related to the carrier, and the way they deliver and handle the packages. Please message me on Etsy ASAP! I will need photo proof for insurance purposes, so that I can either get a replacement sent out to you or issue a full refund to your account.

Yes all of my mugs have the design printed on both sides. I can also add something different on the other side like a Name, Date, etc.

Check your addresses before checking out please. You (the customer) are responsible for providing the correct address and/or apartment number. Packages that are returned back to us or missing due to an invalid address can NOT be refunded or replaced. We cannot cover the reprint/shipping costs unfortunately. I can only offer you a discount if you want to place a replacement order. So again, please double check your addresses! My packages are shipped discretely with no receipts or labels inside which is ideal for gifts. Mugs are packaged very securely to prevent damage while in transit. You are covered by my refund/replacement protection if an item arrives damaged/ineffective.
