**Each topper is made with a premium (non to low shedding) colored glitter cardstock of your choice. Please note that the back of the topper is matte white. Orders made with matte cardstock are double sided. Toppers are attached to a food-safe natural toothpick. It is important to note that the glued toothpick is exposed.

**With your purchase you will receive Boob cupcake toppers. Quantity depends on your purchase amount. Size of image is 2 inches.

🌷PROCESSING TIME 🌷
“Processing time” is the time it takes for me to make your order BEFORE it is shipped out. I design, assemble and package all orders during this time. This processing time is IN ADDITION to the shipping times outlined below.

My current processing time is up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Please note that “Business Days” excludes weekends and holidays. Weekends are for family time.

My goal is to process your order as quickly as possible, keeping in mind that the care and quality of your product is my top priority. I recommend that you order far in advance from your event as I cannot control the delivery times once your package leaves my care. Delays are beyond my control and do happen.

Pam's Party Shoppe is located in Ontario, Canada. Please review the estimated shipping times below and understand that these are ESTIMATES only.

Orders sent within Canada are mailed without tracking. If you wish tracking, you MUST purchase it at checkout. Depending on where you are located, delivery without tracking is 5-14 business days and with tracking is 5-7 business days. Please note that B.C. and remote destinations take longer to be delivered to. BUSINESS DAYS INCLUDE MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY - excluding Bank Holidays! Postal delays are out of my control and do happen from time to time.

Orders sent within the U.S. are sent with tracking. Delivery times are 4-8 business days. Please note that USPS does NOT guarantee delivery times. Delays do happen from time to time.

Since every item is made to order, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or refunds. Orders are not refunded for missed events as you are responsible for reading the shipping information and understanding the times outlined. If you purchased an item by accident, please contact us immediately afterwards and I will attempt to refund you if your order has not already been processed. If you have an issue with the product you received, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you.
