The Brooklyn Infinity Scarf crochet pattern is designed in 2 different lengths just for you to warm your day with a classic infinity scarf accented with stripes of different colours and a touch of lace. Designed with a sock or fingerling weight yarn perfect for year round wear ability. Pattern includes the shorter and longer infinity scarf instructions.

Make it in a lovely merino wool, alpaca or wool for the colder months and linen, silk or cotton for the warmer days to accent your wardrobe.

Wrap the longer scarf around twice for a cozy warm cowl style infinity scarf or make the smaller size for a looser fit. This will be a favourite scarf to wear for years to come with the classic style, stripes and lace touch. The Brooklyn Infinity Scarf can be made in any colour combination including neutrals, bright and bold or soft pastels. Uses 4 different colours of yarn for the stripes shown in the photos, but you can change the effect with less or more colours. Make it in a solid colour for a minimalistic style.

Measurements: The approximate measurements of the base of scarf:

Long scarf: around is 44 inches/111.75 cm in diameter and 7.5 inches/19 cm in height.

Short scarf: around is 24 inches/61 cm in diameter and 7.5 inches/19 cm in height.

Gauge: Gauge is 10 sts and 8 rows of pattern Rows 1 - 8 = 2 inches/5 cm.

Yarn: You can use most sock weight/fingerling weight yarns.

You need 4 balls of sock or fingerling weight yarn that are 164 yds/150 m. One ball of each of the 4 colours to make 1 long scarf base. You will use less of each ball to make the shorter scarf.

Crochet Hook: I used a US 0-1 H (2 to 2.25mm) hook. You may need to go up or down a hook size depending on your tension.

Other Supplies: Yarn needle to sew in ends
