What is Transit Tees?

Founded in 2001 by Tim Gillengerten, Transit Tees takes visuals from Chicago's metropolitan landscapes and transforms them into fashionable artwork, accessories, games, home goods, and more. Transit Tees locally designs, fabricates, and retails their signature brand online and at two storefronts in the Wicker Park and Andersonville neighborhoods. Items in stores are created in their design studio and produced on-site by local artists and craftsmen.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date of unused and unworn products. If you would like to return or exchange an order, please reach out to support [!at] transittees.com, and we'll let you know how to get that started!

If you ordered the wrong item or have changed your mind:

We will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs) as long as the item is returned in its original condition.

If tracking says your package was delivered, but you never got it:

Please understand that once a package is with the shipping carrier, we no longer control it. However we will help you to the best of our ability. 

If it was our mistake and we sent the wrong item or size:

We'll happily exchange the item at no cost to you.
