5 out of 5 starsAnother quality product from ShakePrint! I liked these so much I bought two for my flight sim buddies so they could take their simming to the next level!

The vendor of Shakeprint, Paul, is a delight to deal with, both communication and delivery exemplary. In my case he went out of his way to help me source some of the bits required. The product itself matched and exceeded my expectation and was something I had been looking for, for years. Just a small heads up for when you are fastening the Nextion screen into the housing I would recommend you use a 2.5mm T handle Hex driver and start with the two screws accessed through the rear of the case. The supplied machine screws have a very fine thread and need attention to start at first without cross threading. That said this is one of the best buys I have made since starting out with flight simming in FSX, then XPlane and now MSFS. Gets full 5 stars plus from me.

The class echo is a extremly nice piece of kit. It's the "leatherman in the skies" and very intuitive to use. It brings more sim feeling when you change the COM frequency or set up heading, altitute, speed or sink rate in Autopilot. Also nice: SIMRATE is shown! The building process is fun and well described 10/10! The description to SPAD setup 9/10. Unfortunately the box doesn't come with screen and arduino. Go for the real arduino. I bought a cheaper copy at A****n and noticed the caterpillar chip that does cause problems. (See Shakeprint Website!!) Add a 90° degree USB cable as it reduces the risk to hit the plug of the USB cable causing damage to arduino. Downside: My rotary knob failed after only 2 days. I was re-directed to a local source and ended up with a order at Leo Bodnar. Elma E37

The 3d printed case was very nice. The website is great. Very easy to follow instructions and great videos. Only issue i had were some of the screw holes were not sized correctly or hard to get the screw to set. And after it was all said and done i was a little confused with how to use it but there has to be a video about that i just Missed. All in all very happy. Keep in mind you are paying for the case and the software to make it all work. Took me about an 1 to 2 hours to get it all set up.
