A truly elk-cellent card for nature lovers and outdoorsmen! What really sets this shop apart is the personalisation option they offer for their cards helping to makes all the more special for the receiver. That said, when I placed my order, the first card that was sent to me did not have the personalised message I requested. Shannon offered me the option of a discount or a replacement card with personalisation. Since I had ordered early and had time till the recipient's birthday, I asked for a replacement personalised card . I first received yet another card that was missing personalisation again (which Shannon clarified was mistakenly sent) and 3 weeks later I finally received the custom card. I am happy with the end result and glad Shannon took the time to resolve my issue.
