The item was packaged really well, but it was not as nice as I was expecting. The colors of the rose and the stained glass, are not bright. They’re kind of dull.

I'm sorry that it wasn't quite as bright as you had hoped. It's unfortunately because of the black base. Anything printed on black tends to have this problem. I have considered pulling some of my black cups but I have so many people that love them.
