While every attempt is made to photograph my items as accurately as possible, different computer monitors will display colours differently - I make no guarantee that the colours will be exactly as they are displayed on your computer screen.

I will only provide a full refund if an item has been listed incorrectly. Items must be returned for a refund.
As I have no control over the length of delivery times, I do not refund for delayed delivery.
I wil absolutely NOT refund if your mailing address is supplied incorrectly in your purchase order.
Your order will ship from Canada. When possible, I will reuse or recycle shipping materials in order to keep my costs to you as low as possible - so the packaging may not be beautiful and new. If you'd like to purchase multiple listings with high shipping costs, please contact me and I'll create a special listing with accurate shipping prices.
Please note that the shipping times are estimated and you should allow at *least* 2 weeks for air mail delivery. Please be aware that your country's customs may delay shipments for indefinite periods of time.
You should receive your order in about 1 week, however, it may take longer, especially to US and international destinations. Typical delivery to Canada and the US is 5 to 15 *business* days depending on the shipping method. Normal international shipping times are 6 to 15 business days.
Poor weather, postal labour disputes, and your country's customs and duties office can all significantly delay delivery. I do not guarantee delivery times unless you request and purchase expedited shipment. If you wish a shipping upgrade, please contact me before purchasing and I will provide you with prices. Shipping times are *not* guaranteed and I will not refund for delayed delivery.
Yes, I accept other payment methods such as cheques and money orders. However, your order will not ship until your payment has fully cleared - please note that this may take 3 to 6 weeks minimum.
There are a few reasons why I don't normally include screws with knob and pull listings, this includes: I acquire my hardware through a variety of sources, and often screws are not included; there is no guarantee that any screws that I include will meet your custom needs, e.g., they may be too long or too short; and, screws from salvaged hardware can be a mixed bag - they're often a mixture of slot, Robinson and / or star.
If screws are included, note that they will be the ones I received with the hardware - so they will be a mixed bunch, they may be dirty or rusty and they may not fit your project. While I clean and scrub salvaged hardware before listing, note that I do not clean screws...
Please note that there is currently a labour dispute at Canada Post, I will put my shop in vacation mode if there is a high likelihood of a strike or lockout. For this reason, current delivery times may be longer than estimated on shipments.
