Custom and personalized orders

Happy to accept any custom or personalized orders. Once decision is made on exact design, payment is expected in full before process begins. Design and delivery time is dependent on size of project and how item is shipped.

Once item is received, it is best to let it hang on your wall for a day to make sure the rope/string has time to expand from the shipping process. For fringe, a light stroke through with your hands will help unravel any stubborn strays. Any warping can be alleviated by gentle tugs to realign the knots to their proper place. Please try to keep it away from direct sunlight as that may fade the color of the piece. Not recommended for the laundry or dryer.
