🔧 Installation Instructions – Custom Linear Slot Air Diffuser with Hidden Mount

This modern linear air diffuser is designed for seamless integration into drywall ceilings. It features a hidden perforation mounting system, making it perfect for clean, minimalist interiors.

🛠 Step-by-Step Installation:
1. Mark the ceiling layout according to the custom grille dimensions.
2. Assemble the ventilation adapter and temporarily fix it in place.
3. Secure the adapter using Knauf steel profiles for a rigid, long-lasting frame.
4. Install the drywall ceiling over the ventilation structure.
5. Attach the perforated grille directly to the drywall using metal screws every 10–15 cm around the perimeter.
6. Prime the surface and grille joints with a roller.
7. Apply the base coat of joint compound.
8. Reinforce all seams using Knauf tape for flawless finishing.
9. Apply the final skim coat of compound.
10. Sand and re-prime the surface to prepare for final painting or decorative coating.
