All items are made to measure, therefore exempt from distance selling regulations regarding cancellation. We will accept cancelled orders within 48 hours from time order was placed. After this time we will not accept cancellations as your corset will have gone into production. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted and items are not available on approval. We are not responsible for corsets made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

All items are thoroughly checked before they are sent out to you to ensure the quality of the product. However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it to us within seven days, we will amend and make good the item at no extra cost to you. Please ensure that the item is returned along with written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and address, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return. Please contact us before any return is made.

For international returns, all packages need to be marked as 'returned goods' to prevent custom charges. If a package is not marked as such then we may not accept the return or charge the customs and tax duty to you.

By placing your order with us you constitute acceptance of the terms described at which point you are bound to your contract.

Once your order has been received we will contact you via email with a measurement chart to fill in and to discuss any special requirements, for example if you are an experienced tightlacer and require a specific size of corset.

Please take care when measuring as corsets made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer cannot be returned.

Measurements should be taken over an unpadded bra, preferably not after a full meal. When taking measurements around the body take care that the tape measure does not slip down, it should be snug but not too tight.

It may be useful to have someone help you to measure to insure they are as accurate as possible.

Double check all your measurements. If there are any you are unsure of feel free to ask our advice.

Our corsets are made with plastic coated sprung steel bones. In order to preserve the life of these and prevent them from rusting your corset must never be washed or submerged in water.Small marks can be cleaned with a damp cloth and from time to time it can be dry cleaned, but after most wearings it will be enough to hang your corset over a chair back, inside out, to air.

Always store your corset out of direct sunlight as the delicate outer fabrics can fade easily.

When putting on or removing your corset it is essential to make sure you fully loosen the laces before fastening or unfastening the busk. The busk can bend or snap if if pressure is put on it from the laces being too tight.
