These gluten free and dairy free recipes have been tested under the most stringent conditions – the palates of my teenage sons and my husband who loves the foods of his Danish ancestors. Like most moms, I have had to be sneaky and smart (with a side dish of guile) to switch old eating habits with delicious nutritious gluten free and dairy free options and have the whole family enjoying every moment, every bite, along the way.
