EDIT: customer service reached out again and issue has been resolved! Original review: I really wanted to like these prints, but quality control leaves a lot to be desired. An entire month after I ordered my first set of prints, I have... two sets of smeared misprints (see photos - top set is original, bottom are "replacements"). Thankfully customer service was super responsive and "replaced" the original misprints, but I'm hesitant to reorder from this shop. Shipping is slow (pandemic aside). An odd detail - the shop is listed as based in Canada, my tracking info has shipped from New York, and the actual envelopes are postmarked from Pennsylvania.
