Vintage photo antique photograph 1950s family boat ride boating PRINT

We are a professional interior graphic design business specializing in curating unique unusual vintage historical images and designing large scale graphic interior art for both commercial and residential interiors.

For the first time, we are offering to the public access to a portion of our collection of rare, hard to find vintage historical archival images. These archives have been the source for numerous conceptual interior design projects for restaurants, bars, retail spaces, national and boutique hotels, high-end residences and Las Vegas nightclubs.

All photo reproductions are digitally processed and printed in high resolution. They are the highest quality professional photo print reproduction available on the market. We offer various print sizes. We also offer larger custom sizes and photo searches upon request.

All our prints come unframed. Inexpensive frames can be found (among other places) at Ikea:

Our prints are created on professional photograph paper with 12-color archival inks on a IPF 8400 Canon Wide Format Printer. “Professional photographic paper” comes in many weights. Ours is a 260 gsm (grams per square inch) heavyweight paper.

Finish is usually satin aka semi-gloss, but in some cases (like with vintage travel posters and images of hand written song lyrics on notebook paper, for example ) may be matte, as this better mimics the original.

All orders are processed, printed and SHIPPED within 3-5 business days.

4x6 through 8x10 sizes are shipping in rigid reinforced mailing envelopes. All other sizes are shipped in reinforced shipping tubes.

We pride ourselves on 5 star product and customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before leaving a negative review so that we can make it right or issue you a refund. (We have not yet ever had that request.)

A few of our vintage images may not always fit perfectly within modern day photo sizes. If a particular image requires cropping, it will be minimal and may not even be perceptible.

All our images come from high resolution scans. As vintage photographs were taken with a small format camera before the advent of high resolution cameras there can be a grainier look than the HD cameras of today produce. The only way to avoid this is by posterizing or otherwise altering the image in photoshop rendering it completely inauthentic looking. That being said, we spend hours on each image to enhance each detail and to correct flaws due to aging, such as scratches, water spots, fading etc.

All images belong to the public domain and are not subject to copyright.

-----------------NOTE: NOT ALL PRINTS ARE CREATED EQUAL!------------------------------

Photo reproduction prints are a product of the mechanical printer, the quality of paper used, the quality of inks used and the human printer's eye and expertise. There is a difference between the commonplace laser printer (as one would find at Office Max) and a professional state of the art giclee printer, like we use.

Our inks are archival pigmented inks, not dyes like a home ink jet printer uses. They are fade resistant for 100+ years. These are the inks sought by museums and galleries for their accurate color reproduction. That is, they are the only inks able to match an artist's palette or photographer's images.

Add a discerning and experienced eye, and you have all the makings of a superior print. In printing, like so many other services, a lot of factors determine the quality of the reproduction. How thick (or flimsy) the paper is, the resolution of the original photograph, the expertise of the individual processor/printer and the time spent polishing the image to perfection prior to printing. Don't purchase a print from just any vendor. Investigate how and with what those prints are produced.

Not only are we professional, we are nice people with big hearts. A portion of our proceeds goes to housing, feeding and caring for the large panda population recently discovered in New Jersey. Because we all know bamboo can’t grow there. (That was a joke if you’re a little slow.) Thank you for your visit and have a pandarific day-
